At the Jalsa Salana UK, the diverse group of Ahmadi Muslims and guests from various nationalities reveals a beautiful lesson in harmony, unity and brotherhood. Each nationality, with its unique cultural heritage and language, converges here not as separate entities, but as threads of one vibrant cloth, bound together by the golden thread of Islam Ahmadiyya.
Pictured here is the Jalsa Gah marquee, filled with the vibrant hues of different cultures, which stands as a beacon of hope and a model of what the world can achieve when we come together in faith and humanity. It inspires us to take the spirit of this unity beyond these walls, fostering understanding and love in our everyday lives and striving to build a world where peace and justice prevail.
The time is near, as later this month, thousands of Ahmadi Muslim delegates from the UK and abroad will gather for the three-day Jalsa Salana 2024 in Surrey, at the site known as Hadeeqatul Mahdi.
During the event, souls will be nourished in an environment rich with spirituality, fostering bonds of brotherhood and sisterhood and enhancing spiritual knowledge and personal growth.
However, it is the presence of His Holiness and the profound impact of His addresses that especially define the sanctity of the Jalsa.

During the Jalsa Salana UK 2024 (Annual Convention),
“Greet each other with a smile”
(Hazrat Khalifatul Masih V)
A few years ago, His Holiness (aba) imparted six words about the UK Jalsa Salana that continue to resonate profoundly at these and other gatherings, both in the UK and globally. These words are imbued with deep Islamic wisdom, highlighting the profound significance of greeting each other with a smile.
A smile in Islam, is not just a simple gesture but a form of charity and a beacon of peace and goodwill. It nurtures a sense of brotherhood and sisterhood, connecting hearts and souls with warmth and kindness. It fortifies existing friendships, has the potential to create new ones and even soothes troubled relationships, all through the power of a smile.
As we prepare to gather soon in this blessed Jalsa and congregate in prayer, let our smiles reflect the love and mercy that Islam embodies, fostering an atmosphere of harmony and joy for everyone.
Amidst the tranquill gatherings of Jalsa Salana, the spiritual presence of Huzoor(aba) always illuminates the hearts of all attendees. Huzoor's (aba) profound wisdom and unwavering faith, guide us Ahmadi Muslims towards a path of peace, unity and divine love.
In Huzoor's (aba) words, we find solace; in his prayers, we find strength. The Jalsa becomes not just an event, but a journey of spiritual awakening under his blessed guidance.
